The Importance Of Having Good Sense Of Humor

A good sense of humor shows you are sociable and serves you to sustain sound relationships in the society, while it keeps you lively working against the ills and worries of your life as remedy.

The quality of being humorous and a little funny at the time when you should be is one of the greatest qualities helping you to maintain positivity during tough times.

It's a valuable asset providing you benefits in the long run in maintaining good social interactions with others and to let you always remain in high spirits. It thus a good sense of humor and a good

laugh keeps you energized to extract benefits to its optimum level bringing you optimism.

Sense of humor is as it indicates. It may be further defined as the trait of appreciating humor. It is the ability to identify humor. Everyone has a different sense of humor to live life accordingly. It is always important to save well-developed sense of humor in order that its benefits may be extracted to the maximum level. It is believed that a good sense of humor cures almost all ills of life.

A well-developed sense of humor promotes social exchanges amid the people to share ideas, opinions or issues that need to be discussed and resolved. It creates a good opinion about you in the people around you. It is thus a good means

of forming relationships and earning good name.

Some people do not seem to consider the importance of having good sense of humor and they look serious at all times, whereas some people appear funny regardless of the situations.  Going to an extreme in either case is not good. One should maintain decency and a good sense of  humor, so that the life may be lived cheerfully.  

A good sense of humor, from a health point of view also, is very important, as it keeps you happy, energetic and optimistic. Having sense of humor is curing your sense of unresolved anger or alienation. To a great extent, it helps you reduce your tension and nervousness. In this way, a great sense of humor is a great way of keeping oneself happy and healthy and amusing and interesting at all times.
