The memory power and analytical capabilities have great leads to one’s personal development and success. It’s thus considering to sharpen mental skills is a great way. Here are some simple tips to sharpen mental skills.

Get in the habit of meditating regularly, as meditation enhances your learning and creativity. Meditation is good for your mental and physical health. It not only provides you the sense of calm and peace, but also improves your memory power.

Any bodily activity or physical exercise is good for your overall health or wellness. Physical activity, such as, walking, running, jumping-rope, skipping, swimming boosts your mood, sleep

and energy. Exercise enhances and protects brain function while it also improves your learning leading you to sharpen your mental skills.

If you want to improve your cognitive performance level, such as, memory, attention, perception, action, problem solving capacity and mental imagery capacity, it is important that you get a sound night sleep. The recommended amount of sleep which is 8 to 9 hours at night keeps you healthy physically and mentally. The effects of lack of sleep will be contrarily. Not getting sound sleep at night not only creates physical problems, but it also affects your brain ability. If there are times when you don’t get enough sleep, you may compensate for the lost sleep hours or more or less hours

opting for a suitable time so that you may feel refreshed.

Writing is one of the best ways to sharpen your mental skills. Writers are regarded as experts within their fields. Writing involves great planning and preparation and necessitates writers conducting research and incorporating their findings. It’s good mental exercise to improve your mental abilities. Writing involves critical thinking and critical thinking leads to increase your mental capacity.

There are also some effective ways to boost your brain power and enhance your mental skills, such as, playing with numbers, learning a new language, memorizing telephone numbers or songs and assimilating new information etc. It is said that human brain has got more mental capacity to use analytical skills than it’s used normally. However, the more you explore and learn things, the more are the chances for growth and development and sharpening your mental skills.

    keep writing and share yours visions are clear and this very article explains the mental skills needs the hard practise and with it, one needs to have the practice of the methods with which one is going to sharpen one is able to sharpen through meditation or practising on other methods like solving the numerical ability problems, then one ca sharpen you said that writing is best way to sharpen,like this there are many mthods depending on the choice of all.
